Classic 2 Current Fabrication, a veteran owned manufacturer of steel rust repair panels for classic and modern vehicles, set out to beat its 2024 holiday sale by 10 percent. Indigo ran the campaign end to end and beat the goal by nearly five times.
The Challenge
The 2024 Black Friday sale set the bar, and C2C wanted a clear 10 percent gain on it, earned in a single four day window from Black Friday through Cyber Monday. It is a category where restorers compare panels and prices closely, so the offer and the reach both had to be right.
The Strategy
One flat, simple offer, 10 percent off the entire store with code Santa25, live Friday at 00:01 through Monday at 23:59. Indigo built the whole promotion around that single message and focused on reaching the right buyers rather than buying more traffic at any cost.
The Work
Indigo created every piece of the campaign: the graphics, the copy, and the media for Facebook, Instagram, X, and Google Business Profile, a paid Google campaign, and a full email push to the C2C list. Indigo also built momentum inside enthusiast Facebook groups, putting the sale in front of the exact restorers most likely to buy.
